My Diet and Exercise Programs
Welcome to my diet and exercise program website. This website will detail how I went from 228 lbs to 181 lbs in just three months. I will write about the various things I did to lose so much weight while improving my overall physical condition like I never dreamed.
I realized I was getting really out of shape when I could no longer run up a single flight of stairs without being out of breath. I was also getting depressed looking into the mirror and seeing a unsightly guy looking back at me with all that flab and unappealing curves. I decided enough was enough and set out to do something about it. I’m not going to give you some fluffy gimmicky phrase like “lose 50 lbs with my system – guaranteed”, because no system is guaranteed to work. And system gives the impression that losing weight is really easy – and as you know if it was truly so easy to lose weight – you wouldn’t be reading this! It takes hard work, dedication and some devotion to eating better.
